We use property data, marketing systems, and direct-to-owner outreach to find motivated sellers looking to sell quickly- often at below- market value.

Are the properties under contract or owned outright?

Most properties are under assignable contract. This allows us to deal directly to you at a wholesale price before it ever hits the public market.

Do i need to pay in full or can i use finacning?

We typically work with cash or hard money buyers who can close quickly but we have partered up with some loan officers who can help you finance it or if you have proof of funds or a reliable funding source, we're happy to work with you.

Can i inspect the property before closing?

Yes- due diligence is encouraged. We'll provide you with everything we know (maps, parcel data, access info), and you're welcome to visit or send someone to verify before closing.

How often do you get new deals?
